About Us
Bernardo Heights in Rancho Bernardo is a master planned golf course community located just east of I-15 at the Camino Del Norte exit. The community stretches from Camino Del Norte north to just south of Lomica Drive or the Seven Oaks Retirement community. It runs from I-15 East to Pomerado Road.
The Community Association of Bernardo Heights was built in the 1980’s to early 1990’s. The community features the Bernardo Heights Clubhouse and Lucido Park. Lucido Park is a private park with 4 tennis courts, a walking trail, and playground. The clubhouse is also within walking distance to the Bernardo Heights Country Club* with an 18 hole par 72 golf course running through the neighborhoods.
*Access to the Bernardo Heights Country Club is not included in CABH membership.
The Community Association of Bernardo Heights has a great location. It’s just north of all the great shopping in Carmel Mountain Ranch including Costco, Nordstrom Rack, Home Depot and Scripps Clinic.

Clubhouse Opening Update
The clubhouse is fully open now. Please be advised that each member of a household (age 18+) must sign a liability waiver in order to use the facilities. Members will be given the liability waiver at the time of creating his/her membership. The rooms, lounge, pool, tennis, and basketball courts will be open for use. The clubhouse will now operate from the hours of 7:30 am to 9:00 pm. Hours will change in the winter, starting November 7th to close on Sundays at 6:00 pm.
We will begin taking reservations up to two days in advance for the pool lap lanes, tennis courts at Lucido Park and the Clubhouse beginning at 8:00 am online at Yourcourts.com. Clubhouse reservations require making an appointment first, prior to reservations.
