Attached are the governing documents of the Master Association, the Community Association of Bernardo Heights. Please be advised the attached HOA Documents are intended for reference only. Membership to Bernardo Heights Clubhouse for new owners is subjected to proper HOA Document Request during Escrow. The upfront fee of $200 must be submitted to the CABH in conjunction with the Escrow Request Form in order to properly record the change of ownership.
