Memberships

Welcome to the Bernardo Heights Community!

In order to become a member of the Clubhouse, you will need to provide certain documents to act as proof of residency. Those who are ages 14+ are eligible to create a membership.

Please refer below to see what kind of documents are needed depending on if you are a homeowner or tenant.


*Physical Copies are not needed, you may also email a copy of your Grant Deed or Lease.

 

Homeowners

Your membership dues to the Clubhouse are included in your neighborhood homeowner association dues.

To establish your membership please bring these items:

  • A copy of your Grant Deed

  • A valid form of identification (Driver's License)

Tenants of Bernardo Crest, La Serena, & The Overlook

To establish your membership please bring these items:

  • $10 Cash/Check Per Person (One-time fee)

  • A copy of the first page of your Lease stating your lease duration

  • A valid form of identification (Driver's License)

All Other Tenants

This includes those who are living in a home/condo under a Management Company or Landlord.
 

To establish your membership please bring these items:

  • $10 Cash/Check Per Person (One-time fee)

  • A copy of the first page of your Lease stating your lease duration

  • A valid form of identification (Driver's License)

  • Waiver of Privileges signed by Management Company/Landlord and tenant (This form grants the rights and privileges from the landlord to the tenant to use the facility).

You can find the Waiver of Privileges under the "Form" tab.

Those Under 18

Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent in order to sign off documents. 
 

To establish your membership please bring these items:

  • Proof of Birth Date (Birth Certificate, Passport, Identification Card)

  • If applicable, $10 Cash/Check Per Person (One-time fee)
