Memberships
Welcome to the Bernardo Heights Community!
In order to become a member of the Clubhouse, you will need to provide certain documents to act as proof of residency. Those who are ages 14+ are eligible to create a membership.
Please refer below to see what kind of documents are needed depending on if you are a homeowner or tenant.
*Physical Copies are not needed, you may also email a copy of your Grant Deed or Lease.
Homeowners
Your membership dues to the Clubhouse are included in your neighborhood homeowner association dues.

To establish your membership please bring these items:

A copy of your Grant Deed

A valid form of identification (Driver's License)
Tenants of Bernardo Crest, La Serena, & The Overlook
To establish your membership please bring these items:

$10 Cash/Check Per Person (One-time fee)

A copy of the first page of your Lease stating your lease duration

A valid form of identification (Driver's License)
All Other Tenants
This includes those who are living in a home/condo under a Management Company or Landlord.
To establish your membership please bring these items:

$10 Cash/Check Per Person (One-time fee)

A copy of the first page of your Lease stating your lease duration

A valid form of identification (Driver's License)

Waiver of Privileges signed by Management Company/Landlord and tenant (This form grants the rights and privileges from the landlord to the tenant to use the facility).

Those Under 18
Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent in order to sign off documents.
To establish your membership please bring these items:

Proof of Birth Date (Birth Certificate, Passport, Identification Card)
