Members making a court reservation through YourCourts will now be asked to review and agree to the Terms of Use Agree

ment before completing their reservation. A copy of the agreement is attached for your reference.

When visiting YourCourts to make a court reservation, the Terms of Use Agreement will appear at the beginning of the reservation process. To continue, members will need to scroll to the end of the agreement and check the box confirming that they have read and agree to the Terms of Use.

Once the box has been checked, members can continue with the reservation process as usual.

This additional step has been introduced by YourCourts to help discourage the use of bots, scripts, and other automated tools when making reservations. We are sharing this information simply to help members understand the new process and what to expect when making a reservation.

Please note that the Terms of Use acceptance must be completed directly through YourCourts. The Community Association is not able to implement or track a member’s agreement status separately.

A Note About Automated Reservation Tools

For your awareness, the following is a snippet from Section 10 – Termination of the Terms of Use Agreement:

Detected use of artificial intelligence, bots, scripts, or other automated or programmatic tools to access or interact with the platform in violation of Section 4 is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of your account, without prior notice, in addition to the administrator notification described in that section.

Thank you for taking a moment to review and acknowledge the Terms of Use. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as YourCourts works to provide a fair and accessible reservation process for all members.
